We had the same Problem.
In 2016, I co-founded a technology company. As the company grew, celebrating wins took a back seat—there never seemed to be enough time. We encouraged sharing wins via Mail, Slack, etc., but without follow-ups, sharing was sporadic. We wanted to make it a habit but lacked the right tool.
